i prefer if a guy approach me on the street than just staring.
1) it's rude to stare
2) when they "hit" on me it can be a compliment if they're not really asking for anything

nonono.....when they ask u "anything more u wanna know abt us ?" then u can start BSing lor......
be a gentle way though.....something like "the drug problem seems getting quite serious in nowadays, i believe this school is outta danger zone, but i would like to know how this school going to prevent this problem........blah blah blah....."

hk schools don't like that very much.
but i think it's more effective, this way they tell me their problems if they have any.
ohh....u gotta learn from bebe's fd then.......he/she was a "good" teacher......
