when i was teaching, i found classroom management the thing i can't really handle. ~.~
the school i taught at is more experimental than others, they try to follow the "western" culture, so the kids are a lot more out of control. ~.~
i guess experienced teachers can control them, but i wasn't really experience... lolz.
the secondary part was okay, since they do have a sense of the classroom setting,
but the primary section was quite hectic, seems like the kids never learnt to even sit still (not that what i taught require them to sit still, but at least have a certain lenght of attention span). :p

then there's a few secondary schools i substituted in for english. lol.
i got a taste of ban 3 secondary school in hk. i went home and cry literally. rofl.
it was like a GTO-scene in front of me.  i hope you don't get those. ROFL!
