What are principal looking for?
Handsome? LOL I am not qualified
Look strict which can handle the discipline problem? No...not my teaching philosophy
Able to teach students effectively? I have no experience
Passion? I have....how to convince the principal though?
Academically? That post is to in charge of junior form in the first year and even a F7 graduate can handle that
Cheap Labor? Oh yea, my only selling point

I like to see students growing, imagine, playing a RPG game and your characters got leveled up. I will be happy and this satisfaction is more than solving a physics problem. Or I would say, Cherry has tried the research path but she is not good/fit for that.

I don't want to do something else rather than teacher, so no worry.
Teach all the way to go.
