I hate this logic but it's pretty common in commercial worl ...
I am not recommend you to argue with you boss which will cause loss of your job
but facing some unreasonable issues, you have the right to say and fight for yourself
I dont think the boss will fire a staff easily if the staff can help him
they need to train another staff and compensate to u, the cost is high
