You are talking about decreasing trend of Down or miscarriage?
It's like 1/100th Down chance if the pregnant woman is 40+
For miscarrige, I agree technology helps but more importantly, it's the life advancement helps
More nutrients, healthier women, better living conditions, less work for pregnant women etc. This is the indirect help from technology ( not the direct medical tech here)
But relatively, it's still more dangerous for older women, relatively, and this number increase more rapidly after age 30, in sense of miscarriage
