Do you stretch daily?

For me, in the posture of stretching my hands to touch my toes
I can't touch it at all and it's around the middle of my middle legs

Then I uses a dumbbell to do stretching that I can finally touch my toes

mm prefers the langage that only goes "AHH........... oooooooh.......... Ahhhhhhh..." and "大力 d "...........

i took the first two intermediate classes (which was free) and i was like not in one piece after class ...
in the beginner level, you learn the basic and has more than half of the time your feet standing on the floor
but when you move onto the next level, you spend more time on the pole to do the spins and turns if not twists your body (bloody hxll) ... i tell you, it's bloody hard to keep yourself in air ... :smile_42:
