Unless you are very "friend" with your co-workers, how would they know your wife?
And if they are "very friend" with you, there is no concern.
2nd part about the girl knowing his wife, that is even more stupid. Don't give her your address?
She can't do *that* much. And if she did, you can deny it with a straight face. Not like the girl will have proof.
3rd, The people in office don't have to know you eat the girl already. Can be quite discrete.
All the "weak point" you said doesn't really matter.
