I just come here from last week......
Cherry leads me to here...

After chatting with the interviewers, that's the school I like ( Teaching style, philosophy, school address, etc )
But the post is teaching assistant without in-class teaching, that may be a bit bad for my PGDE ( Dip. Education) field practice requirement. I will just keep seeking a proper teacher job and TA as backup

Being tough means, for me, I have no teaching experience, and that post requires me to teach senior mathematics, I am not sure if I can handle it well. I will be challenged by the teachers/principal a lot
