As far as I see from the interviewees...
12 people, 1 girl only, the girl is okay to me but surely below average in your standard

In my group, their academic result has no match with me but some has teaching experience and better interview than I do i guess XDDD

cutting cost huh......even schools need to do that now......i ve heard that some of the schools provide free hobby classes + laptops to attract more students......

for the neg.,....i think it depends on the company......i got my offer before the 2nd in.......

The school plans to interview like 40 people for 2 posts ( 2 0.5 GM post )
So, it's like 1 out of 20. Not sure as my performance is not that great....I should 搶咪...I just can't do that. =.=

Of course, the principal said they want to have holiday earlier than result would be released soon enough probably early next week.

I am sure your English helps your job a bit?
HS in US is a boost in English for sure and that's good
At least, my english is better than most interviewees today but still...don't have much things to talk. =.=

Cutting budget in teacher but provide freedies to students...
You know, the birth rate etc reason, HK students are less and less now.
HK Education Dept wants to kill some school if they don't have enough students no matter they have enough funding themselves or not.
So, they simply use money to attract the students to prevent from being killed by HKED but then, teachers suffer from the free laptop to their students =.=

oh group interview ... what do you think about others' performance in your group?
you know, some are good at bullshxting but nothing substance in content  
anyway it's all good, all good
at least you have your very first experience now and next time you can do better
