They must ask...
Why do you want to be a teacher
Why do you join our school
With dip ed, why do you think you are able to do this job
etc...

I can deal with the course material without any problem...
but everyone can deal with this without any problem, why do they pick me then?

my word of advice on interview: relax and be yourself
i'm sure other candidates are neverous too
it's a real test to weed out the weakest of applicants by checking who can keep the mind clear and get to the point on the question under pressure / stress
add oil ^^

prepare standard answers for some standard questions like what you listed above too
