i guess for me, the easiest way to get rid of fat is walk 30mins to work and then walk back home for another 30mins after work LOL
You need your heartbeat rate >= 60% of you maximum rate ( 220 - your age = your max heartbeat rate)
If you can get that rate by walking, it's perfectly fine
If not, better walk a bit faster or jog
Otherwise, it just burns your sugar level, not really burns your fat
