you know what ... the latest research stated that aging is due to the inhale of oxygen
you breathe in O2 and then after a series of chemical reaction in your body it will generate a by-product ( ...
Not O3, it's free radical(自由基) but both have the same "oxidizing" properties
Their oxidizing properties will damage your cell etc ( imagine some acid, they do the same damage due to oxidizing properties , of course, a very strong one though ).
Yeah, I do agree with that researh but it's like some old research?
However However
Aging is another thing. Of course, being damage can be regarded as part of aging
However, if a cell can repair themselves ( or through cell duplication ( split )), it's fine right?
Aging is , also because, the DNA is losing its information during replication
Consider, a length 1 unit DNA is there
It separates into 2 and then replication kicks in
The end of the DNA will lose a bit somehow
So, the new cell doesn't have the exact DNA ( in length, some length < unit 1 ) as previous one
Professionals said usually, 1 cell can replicate only 50 times in the whole life. Then the DNA is damaged that no longer usable
That's where aging kicks in, partially
