for me, oily-based wash is for removal of chemical products and it helps retain moisture, not to dry my face out
the second round is not a must-have so gifted hotties may skip it if they feel refresh after the previous wash
well if you ask me, honestly normal wash is of similar function / ingredients as oil-based ones
though the former one tends to be more effective to remove excessive oil
good or not? only your skin can tell

Don't buy cosmetic brand
Some other brands, which I used some in the dry California, is not that expensive
As I can't tell the difference between expensive one and cheap one
The cheapest I had ever bought = 1 USD = like 1 益力多 volume
