high metabolic rate = more heat on body = more sweating + oily = more food for bacteria to consume = imflammation = acne

Try Neutrogena one, the one specific for acne one, like some xxxxx acid ( 0.1% ) or so in the formula

My problem had been less once I switched to use Neutrogena product to wash my face

Now I wash my face with that 2-3 times per day
