For movie, do you have to like reserve tickets earlier in advance as even some of them won't attend, we still have quite a few people

For maxim/fairwood breakfast, you know it's nearby right? Then waiting time? We need someone to be the contact person of the breakfast if you won't be there.

Also, for backup plan
Is it like
Red/Black rain OR no3+ typhoon signal OR very heavy rain = Movie plan or Postpone plan?
May Rain = as usual?
Small Rain = as usual or movie plan?
