you know that is made in japan and materials from japan, the taste is difference

You meant which?
The one advertised in TV
or the frozen one i mentioned?

For latter one, of course I know
I had been in Kyoto/Osaka 2 years ago and was really stunned by the Udon there
The udon was just from a chain fastfood store and was that yummy.

I then searched for that Udon and only find that in 吉之島 so far
That are good, a good one for homemade yummy udon
