Mostly chicken pork and shrimp

蒸 fish is all i know about fish.

well. and for filet, jus stuff in in the oven, bake it, then sprinkle lemon juice and pepper on top

i made 糖醋排骨 last week.......... 有代改進... :smile_35:

魚香茄子... how do u make the sauce??? i usually jus buy from Lee Kum Kee... but even that isn't tastes that good.

For filet, try a little oil, let the oil hot.
The fry all faces of fish quick.
Then add some salad sauce ( white one ) some water and then cook it
it's done after a few mins

That's good
but really fat :smile_42:

i wouldn't say i'm fat right now. 32" waist if fit, 33, 34" low waist.
i look bigger now than when i was 5 years ago. 個人橫左. no more 骨慘慘
