Aww, tough but a good coach

after 5 push up, hands will be a bit sour and have greater chance to miss the 2nd one though

some people says, a good 15 mins run before working out is a good thing to do
That's for warm up to me
Make your body warm and don't get injury by those crazy weight lifting easily

Consuming those blood sugar has no help in building muscle to me

I have a friend like that
He plays regional Judo
I read his photo at that time, a very musclar man, very firm. A athlete body

Now, he is so fat ( fatter than me but shorter than me ) after he needs to study 24/7 in my previous school

Muscle has drawback at this
Once you got your muscle well trained, there is no turning back

ya. i read something about that too... very much like the technique u've mentioned.

but recently, i'm doing

20 push up
20 crunches
20 leg raise
30 bicycle crunches
then rest for 1 minute
then repeat for 2 more sets (total of 3)
then jus another 2 set of push ups in spare time

i care less about power. i jus want some toning
