Aren't we talking about push up?

I can make my hands exhausted quickly by push-up already....
when i can't hit 1 ball in my training, my coach ask me to do 5 push up:smile_30:

i used to be like that too... i started spacing out my sets throughout an entire night... then eventually. i could do it in a shorter period of time... but i gotta do it on carpet tho... otherwise ...

My brother said, I haven't crosschecked
You have to push your hands to the limit at a very short amount of time
Like, he did some easy push up first for warm up
Then, do this first serious set of push up
Rest for 1 min
do the second set ( don't worry about not doing as many as you want, just push ! like what girls sometimes told you )
Rest for 1 min
do the third set
Rest for 1 min
do the forth set

Then switch to other training, like triceps one, situp, legs, whatever
Do the similar things

Once finished, he drinks protein powder and eat a banana

What you are doing now ( i do that too ) is the endurance
You can do like 5 sets and then 6-7 sets later with better endurance

But, your power may not increase that much

its a must la...u know running can eliminate the calorie only, if u do it after running, it can really make ur body firm, otw, u will recover the wasted calorie after eating & sleeping
ya. i heard about too....
some people says, a good 15 mins run before working out is a good thing to do
