After running, I am exhausted already...no mood to do any push up with hot + wet body

Running for FF is only to minimize the fat storage but I dont think it is a problem to him as he is only 163 l ...
i used to be like that too... i started spacing out my sets throughout an entire night... then eventually. i could do it in a shorter period of time... but i gotta do it on carpet tho... otherwise the hand sweat makes it really hard to get grip

Yeah, I agree
But running = legs
Aren't we talking about push up?

I can make my hands exhausted quickly by push-up already....

its a must la...u know running can eliminate the calorie only, if u do it after running, it can really make ur body firm, otw, u will recover the wasted calorie after eating & sleeping

yes~i do it everyday...no weight has been reduced but i found my body is getting firm...remember...u should do it with gd diet...otw...u will get fatter:smile_22:
