Yeah, the shape can be better
but the strength is the same
I train because of sports mainly...better badminton performace
Running takes much more time ( usually warm up + cool down + running = 90 mins, excluding the possible transportation )
If I was slimmer, I would rather spend those time in badminton or reading.
