Then my hands are wasted XDD

Running for FF is only to minimize the fat storage but I dont think it is a problem to him as he is only 163 l ...
running can trim the fat, n make your muscle look more explicit

i have done 5 sets of 20 push ups, 4 times a week for like past 2 months now.. saw a bit of improvement. but not a lot

havent done any running. jus started doing cruches and bicycle crunches la ...
u must do it after running, otw, not effective

Yeah, the shape can be better
but the strength is the same
I train because of sports mainly...better badminton performace

Running takes much more time ( usually warm up + cool down + running = 90 mins, excluding the possible transportation )
If I was slimmer, I would rather spend those time in badminton or reading.

After running, I am exhausted already...no mood to do any push up with hot + wet body
