All free and no body there except the treadmill
i no longer have access as i jus grad-ed....

really? the school gym i went to was always packed. the 20 cross trainer machines were always occupied by hotties... :smile_47:

What I can say is
Hotties are scarce tactical resources in my previous school

I went there for hot guys though
So jealous of their chest and shoulder

havent done any running. jus started doing cruches and bicycle crunches last week

I can only do 3 sets of 15 push ups continuously....

Then my hands are wasted XDD

Running for FF is only to minimize the fat storage but I dont think it is a problem to him as he is only 163 lbs. also, muscle is his main concern now, running may make him exhausted for that
