Teach some warm up exercise, a little bit how to hit high-far ball and how to serve with forehand LOL

Will teach more in high-far ball hitting in the coming class
Luckily I am not the worst there XDDD

The class did teach some new idea to me, especially the footwork. Rather than that, a bit basics, similar to table tennis.

And 32 people in the classes....
and a guy came to talk to me after the class XDD
and invited me to be his badminton partner in the future classes
