There were 3 people in a group when I run.
2 guys 1 girl

2 guys run together in a fast pace while the girl was catching from behind...badly XD

For some rare occasion, gentleman works
But for a regular practice, the guy will think he can't run for his good but have to slow down ...and he will ditch you or outrun you

Anyway, MM is selfish in this aspect
