Since my sweating glands are not that working, I sweat less comparative to other people and my insulating layer of fat prevents heat loss as well.

Overheat, then -> heatstroke?

Not really heatstroke for me as I can still play game with my headache
I got my headache in 30 mins today and kept playing games for the next 90 mins

When I kept playing, the headache is not that noticable
Once I finished and cooled down, the headache hurts

we not recommended ppl to do exercise when they not feeling well. Your case seems was close to have problem la.
