but goverment need to protect labour,
the point of view is difference.

I thought China wants to do something to attract foreign capital and technology
Having that surely protect the labor but disencourage the investors

It's like minimum wages law, personally, I disagree if the minimum is too "high"
but if the minimum is low, that doesn't make any sense.

I guess PRC govt should loosen the law a bit and aim for win-win situation
Anyway, it is enforced now XD
