there is rule states something like "if a labour working in ur factory/company for more than 8 or 10 yrs........u can't fire them"........wtf is that.....

I dont know the details but then it encourages the boss to fire their labor every 7 years and then recruit them immediately XDD

true, but they just introduce all these laws in a hurry n need to reinforce them in a short period of time......i personally don't mind they do it step by step, but if all these laws has to be followed strictly in one go......ppl has no choice but escape from guandong province......
