don't know much details in regard with that 'key words' detecting program ... i just heard of it from my HR hotties when we chit-chatted during the break

but as my HR told me, they would prepare a list of job related questions to ask the candidates in the interview and most of the questions would be set by the associated departmental head ... sth like if plan A falls over, what would you do? etc and in most cases, the questions are kind of based on real cases with certain modification

That situational type questions are pretty common nowadays and I am sure those with real working experience are better in those questions.

From those friends who are in top companies in US, their interviews usually last for 2 days...
One long technical interviews in the afternoon, and dinner meeting with all those seniors staff/department head
The next morning is the 2nd interview with more information about your ability rather than technical knowledge
