last year, govn't celebrate the olypmic game n encourage ppl to play sport, they free all the sport facilities, but many waste of court,since its FOC, many ppl booked the court but they didn't show up finally

i think they should paid 1st,then if showed, redeem after, then courts won't be waste, n others who want to play can't book

There is Eastern Asian one in HK this year
I applied for some swimming courses and bad. courses in LCSD and they said they are opened due to that thing =.=
