the most part i hate about the hk eduction system is that crappy banding thing ... damn it!
what's wrong with kids in band 3 school? why you dont wanna teach them?
more often than not, the most successful people are those not doing good in school while those of excellent cert are just so-so after entering in the real world

The discipline problem. I havn't thought about IQ or whatever intelligence
Students there, most of them, wont' listen to your class

I do want to "teach" them things
Not like a barrack or prison to teach them discipline. LOL
I think I am not 惡 enough to deal with those kids
