I dont know the size comparison between human and other mammals.
The theory I read is, to develop a sexual attraction to men.
In the past, human were 4 legs instead of 2 legs. The first sexual attraction to us were the butt as there was only 1 position.
As human evolved, 2 legs were free and they could stand up now. But then due to position change or eye angle changes, the butt sexual attraction was much less than before. Then women developed "butt" higher, at the position of breasts to increase their sexual attraction for breeding chance. LOL
In this way, I can understand why men prefer bigger boobs...more butt like ( bud light as well )
