Hahahaa, i heard of the OPERA system before in class, it's a central reservation system, right ?

Actually, i am more interested in marketing and event management
but somehow i am in hotel management now
but i can't stand the working hours in this industry, work overnight, that's horrible....
so how many years have u been in this industry?

yes OPERA has many modules. Central reservation system is one of them. Others include finance and reporting etc.

and yes I am off today. Normally I work 5 days, according to agreement. but when there are adhoc cases, I have to go to client on Sat and Sun.

but i like sleeping, watching dvd or reading books when i got nothing to do at home

Talking about working hours... I had bad experience... working for Cathay to upgrade their blackberry server... Monday morning 12:00-7:00am, because they think that's the only in a week that their bosses don't read emails....  Lucky it only came once.

I plan to study project management too. working hours are much better. plus it is nice to work with brains at the back then on the front with your hands.
