I am not arguing men is better than women

I just want to point out that men is better in some fields and women is better in some other fields
It's not a clear cut on abilities and I didn't make a point like that.

I did say girls are better in language or so too

I thought that is a well-known fact in Science/Engineering field.

In literature/art subjects, there are much more female professor (may be more than male in some oclleges)  but we were discussing on sci/eng only .

so i bet the number of female professionals should be getting closer to the opposite sex's now
and i think that paper pointed out one of the important issue: family life
women in general tend to place higher priority on kids and family and prepare to scarifice jobs and career if needed
if the companies / universities can provide assistance in this matter we might be able to see 50/50 portion in the next report
