I just want someone with fair speed to run in front of us so that I can keep running after him for certain speed

I can't simply increase and keep that speed if I run alone =.=

Last week, I ran after my little brother too
Just failed to keep his speed after 25 mins -,- ( he accelerated...dang it)

y u can't increase speed by yourself, u can't control your legs?

I can't keep that long unless I am tailing someone, some target/aim for me to follow

If you run with others, or you run along. The result with others is always better...at least it is the case to me.
