I was awake at 8am LOL
Just sleep for 4-4.5 hours , usually 6 hours is enough and ....but sunlight is a important factor to wake people up
Oh well, but I was in US, i can play 4 TT sessions per week and 2 other night for running.
As i don't need to take bus or so...
Taking too much time on transport is really holding me back ...lol
And The gym fee divided by 365 days is cheap, if the gym fee divided by the exact days i went there...would be expensive lOl
Swimming....aww, if i got too tired, there is not useful to burn my fat
It's like sprint at 200m and 5km running =.=
