by the length of time (i.e. 18 out of 24 mths) he DID nothing but swallowed his pride and be the smaller man standing at the dark corner
his girl was spoiled ... and to be honest, if even he could 'win' her back would he not be worried she would cheat on him again? TRUST is hard to rebuild after emotional or physical infidelity ... almost equivalent to rebuilding the Big Apple after 911 ... takes time and a lot of effort which might even end up nothing again :smile_39:

also if someone is going to leave there is really nothing you can do to stop them ... you cannot control what anyone does
