i don't know why tube8 is called tube8, probably only the people who created the site concept will know...

i'm guessing... the youtube-similar-gimmick-name-for-porn site originated from pornotube... where it reverse all the rules from youtube... the "no porn allowed, blah blah blah".. pornotube had "porn only allowed"... every rules youtube had, pornotube reversed it, it was sort of funny... but for some reasons, that site never had very good porn... >.>

that alone is not good enough to motivate me to google them ...

Try to watch the Jap movie 22世紀少年 or something like that  
Most of the TV/Movie from Jap Comics is good
