my bachelor tuition isn't expensive at all compare to elsewhere... i only pay about $6000 CAD per year for a full load of courses. 

You have to consider that Bacelor is heavily subsidized by the govt but master degree may not be covered.
In HK, M.Sc is not subsidized as much as before.
Was like 40k per year and it's like 100k HKD per year now

actually, i was told the opposite.

2 years ago, a professor told us that we should all start applying to masters and phd because the canadian government is going to put some billions on graduate studies... 

but ok, i really don't know the exact amount. i'll tell you if i decide to apply...

but i don't think i'll apply unless my bf can get residency in canada... and if i do apply.. i am thinking of either doing my masters in social work, or media studies or communication or interactive arts + technology...
