i guess i've had it all my life that i'm being careless... 

my bf is really freak out about my asthma too, especially when i'm in india where pollution is high... and he wouldn't allow me do a billion things while i was there, but i hate having to avoid all these things. 

Asthma is a lifetime condition, i can't avoid living for the rest of my life. :smile_35:

my cause is genetic... i heard asthma's only inherited every other generation, but for some reasons, my mom has it, and my grandma has it too... so that means my kids may get it. ~.~

but my lung capacity is already up (from when i was a kid), hence it's not such a big deal anymore... 

i remember it used to be really painful when asthma attacks happened as a kid, but now it's not too bad even if it's very difficult to breath... just go to the ER and have them pump in condensed oxygen. 

the main trigger is pollution if i'm right ... what are the others?

i want to know. ^^;
