the tibetan stuff has much unique deeper practice... o.o;;
for example, when you go to a tibetan temple, they have pictures of these diva that looks more like monsters... but in a high level of meditation, you are supposed to look into it and pretend you became one with the deva (diva?), but oppose their negative energy or something...
just examples like that.. i probably picked a freaky one, not all of them are freaky... some of them are just eating food to balance your meditation etc...
the sex thing is actually a very extreme, high level practice too... i don't know where you heard that one, haha.
just a few examples of what i know, most of what they do are still unknown to the outsiders or even low level disciples.
