there are barely even many psychiatrists in hk... people aren't opened enough to go for help with psychological problems here.

they actually did a Sunday Report on this too. saying there's a shortage of pysch docs in hk....
on average, the 公立 psych docs only spents 5 - 10 mins with a patient, and that's by far not enough to observe if conditions changed with the patient

家計會 may have few of them.
From 性本善, there are a few , not that professional but they provide training for those voluntary?
