It is not a must...
but it's good to know some active-scoring skills
Badminton is all about "control". Controlling enemy and wait for chances.
However, without some attack skill, even enemy gives you chance, you can't take it.
Like in table tennis, if you dont know how to 衝拉, you probably can't win.
