may be try swimming or working your cardio ?? then see if the symptoms still exist?
My cardio is fine. Although my muscles don't have power, my endurance/stamina is pretty good.
I used to run 5k and 10k but not that much after my cross-tendon of my knee got hurt, a few years ago.
LOL I don't know how to swim btw
