attractive doesn't mean to be pretty...
I don't think character describe 氣質 that well.
氣質 is the impression of different kind of characters.
That involves being elegant, gorgeous, polite, etc.
Sometimes it even involves being knowledgeable, but not necessarily smart.
Mostly, it involves talent in arts, like music, fine art.
