小弟幾年前好平買入柏景彎的. 但因2房唔夠住, 所以出租. 自已另買一間.

I dont think it is a problem.
My rules:
1)They are playmates,NOT girl friends,you have to know your way home.I cherish my wife.KEEP A CLEAR MIND.
2)Dont let them know anything about you(job,address...etc.,tell a lie if needed) apart from your cell phone no.,it is even better to give her a phone card no(you know,those recharge-able ones that you may buy from 71 or OK),once you get tried of her or matter starts getting problematic,i.e. money matter is the highest possibility,discard the phone card.
3)I pay for food,Karaoke,hotel room,no problem.NO money lending,NO gifts whatsoever.Treat it as a kind of 'deal',buying a 'girl friend feel' deal.
REMEMBER:dating/girl friend feel is what you are BUYING.
If she starts asking you anything about money lending,forget her,throw away your phone card,go to another sauna and meet a new BG,there are many wild-flowers out there.
4)Last but not least:Always use a DOM,please.
I have been seeing about 4-5 BGs with the above rules,everything works out fine to me.
