i was like you, forcing ppl to agree with my view, i always 'think' i laid out the facts and logic clear enough. then i realized we were just on different grounds and there were no way others would be convinced by my logic. e.g. there is no way you can explain to blind (born blind) ppl what is red or blue or etc.

what you should do now, is to put away your logic, try to really really listen to her points. Once she feels you are open, she will ease down and may be open to your ideas as well.:smile_13:
