maybe i'm getting too old to learn tat type of dance
my joints seem not holding up n muscles start to lose the ability to lengthen on
anyway the course will be finished at Feb ...
hvnt decided to do the intermediate level yet tho
juz wait n see how i go first

i think this type of dance need flexiblity which we dun hv compare to young kid, but i think your muscles n ligaments can use to it if u didn't get hurt during the practice
