I find the girls are pretty attractive in those ad but the flashing part made me block it.

You just have to use FireFox 2.0 or above, install the add-on/extension ABP
You can find our the ad link and add it in the filter.

I am still working on blocking the text ad on the right from www.adHere.hk.
I hate them as I can't press Ctrl + to magnify posts as they are magnified and occupy the visible space as well.

another option is to disable the plug-in / add-ons, namely Adobe Flash Player ... this works for both IE / FireFox
