yes you are right, 'small potato' means 咖喱啡
ok, about your civic, did you clean the air filter or change it, also there is components called engine throttle, and the throttle, it may be sticky, and so when you press the accelerator pedal, you feel a bit surge
if you dun mind, may i have a look ? coz it is not easy to tell you in here
